- How may Covid-19 effect this event: RIPE will be following the New Zealand Events Association voluntary covid code.
- We will be following government guidelines on the alert level at the time
- If the event is cancelled due to restriction on crowds, a full refund of ticket price will be given
- If the event can be postponed to a date no later than April 30, 2021 we will endeavor to do so
- How to pay on the day: The event is 100% CASHFREE, make sure you bring a credit/debit card for any purchases
- Parking: There is ample free parking at Corbridge, follow signs on arrival
- Buses: We will have buses running from Wānaka, Queenstown, Cromwell and Alexandra.

- Time: 11am – 6pm

- Emergency details:
- Look out for “Central Station” this is where you will find staff assistance ready and waiting
- St Johns will have a tent and ambulance on-site in case of any issues
- WPS Security team will be managing compliance on the day

- Sustainability: Wānaka Wastebusters and Sustainable Queenstown will be on-site helping to create a zero-waste event. We will provide stainless steel cutlery and dishware along with re-usable event glass. Look out for the different types of recycle bin to do your bit and help keep to zero-waste

- Is the event Family Friendly? Yes, Children 12 and under are free. Note the VIP area is R18 only
- Is the event pet friendly? No, other than registered guide dogs
