  • Time: Gates open at 11am and close at 6pm, last drinks will be served at 5:30pm
  • Location: Glendhu Station, Wanaka
  • How may Covid-19 effect this event?
  • What if i am living in an area that is restricted from travel?
    • If you are living in an area and due to covid alert levels are unable to travel, you may apply for a full refund excluding ticket fees, evidence of residence will need to be provided
  • What happens to my ticket if the event is postponed or cancelled?
    • You will be given the option of a full refund excluding ticket fees or a transfer to the new date at no extra cost
  • Do i need to be fully vaccinated against covid?
    • Yes, following government guidelines to run a large event, vaccine certificates must be used. We will follow the latest government instruction on the use of Covid Vaccine Certificates
  • How can we pay on the day?
    • The event is 100% CASHFREE, make sure you bring a credit/debit card for any purchases, all terminals will have paywave capability
  • What is the easiest mode of transport?
    • Yello will be running buses from Wanaka, there is also ample parking on-site
  • Is the event Family Friendly?
    • Yes, Children 12 and under are free. Note the VIP area is R18 only
  • Is the event pet friendly?
    • No, other than registered guide dogs
